About this course

Most Revit time goes into work the model already has the information to do. This course looks at where that happens on real projects — repeated element placement, parameter entry, view and sheet setup — and how to tell the difference between a task worth automating and one that is faster left alone.

What you will learn

  • Identify which repetitive Revit tasks are worth automating, and which are not
  • Understand how Revit stores element data and why that determines what can be automated
  • Set up parameters and schedules so downstream automation has something reliable to read
  • Recognise where a task should stay manual because judgement is required
